An AMC by TGWC includes one service visit per month by our technician.
This visit charge does not include the price of spare parts that may or may not be required.
During an emergency, the response time will be within 24 hours.
Yes. TGWC can procure genuine spare parts from authorised dealers only. This is subject to an order and availability.
One visit charge by TGWC typically covers a visit by our Technician who inspects the issue. Any minor issue without spare parts involvement is resolved. Maximum time included per visit is 2 hours beyond which a surcharge of Rs 100 per man hour will be charged.
